Warm Weather Policy - Gummies

Although it is not very common, ApexLabsCBD.com cannot guarantee that gummy products will not melt during transit. ApexLabsCBD.com is not responsible for products melted or affected by temperature for any reason during transit.

We recommend expedited shipping during warm months (April-October) to prevent gummy melting.

Ice packs are added during warmer months, but can't guarantee arrival conditions once shipped. To minimize risk:

• Track your package for on-time arrival.

Damage Policy

A UPS inspection is required for us to process refunds or replacements. Failure to comply may void your claim.
